94 engine swap to 96 accord

okay. NEED HELP! Did an engine swap F22B1 vtec came out of an automatic into a 96 Honda accord manual. ECU is out of a 94 manual. Car ran after the swap then distributor went out. Replaced distributor, It ran for about 10 miles sputtered out at 70 mph and died. Crank but no start. Fuel pump kicks on gets fuel to the rail...has spark to spark plugs, compression above 140 and injectors tested good. replace timing belt and water pump. IS IN TIME. All fuses are good brand new clutch and main relay WHAT AM I MISSING??????spark, fuel and air all there wont start. starting fluid doesn't work dropped fuel tank emptied added clean ethanol free fuel. nothing. battery is brand new. I'm down to thinking the ECU is the issue but it does throw codes. no codes that do me any good just a 21 for vtec stuff not hooked up( wouldn't effect driving as it ran before) but if i unplug the map sensor it will throw a code for it so telling me that is working. Does not show rpm movement when cranking but unsure if that is clustered into the speed sensor that is out of the car. SOMEONE HELP ME lol

check the ignition switch. I have seen a few times where it has spark and fuel while cranking but nothing at the on position. I am not sure about a Honda though. Did you make sure that stupid wire on the thermostat housing is bolted down? I have left that off and cause a ton of headache before.

Yes everything is grounded :/ I will test ignition switch but im starting to think the distributor needs replaced
