1997 Honda accord beeping

Couple of weeks ago my car started random
beeping. Started as 4 beeps..then 4 beeps
with a "buck" like it was going to stall. Then
5 beeps and the "doors open" dash lights
went on. Then 5 beeps and car stalled, once
while I was stopped and idling, once while I
was driving. Then 6 beeps a couple of
times!! Help

If you have a aftermarket alarm on the car. Try to disconnect it and see if it stopps the beeping
