putting on car dolly
Can you put a AWD touaeg on a car dolly and not wreck anything as far as
having the rear wheels on the ground?
I would not. Use a car trailer.
Any vehicle that has AWD will have to be trailered if your going to tow it to ensure nothing happens. Now that being said you can check with your local RV supplier and see if they have or can get a driveline disconnect unit for your vehicle, if they do then after it s installed you drive it forward onto the dolly and then disconnect the rear driveline and tow it that way. It’s a lot of work and not cheap but if they have it or can get it that really simplifies towing.
If it is all wheel drive and u want to put it on a dolly instead of trailer. U have to drop drive shaft
