2013 Dodge Journey key fob not detected

My 2013 Dodge Journey has a key fob not detected.  Pressed unlock and lock
on fob.  The worked but not start.  Used fob in start/stop and tried to reprogram.  
Still same message.  The Neutral trick didn't work.  Remote start doesn't work.  
Any other suggestions?
