2001 honda passport transmission

I have a 2001 honda passport and it just recently
started giving me problems with the transmission
im assuming. About a week ago it started, reverse
works perfectly but then you put it in drive and
when you take off it goes but then its like it goes
back in neutral then it throws its self back in drive,
after that it will drive all day with no issue. Now a
week later it is doing it for a much longer time and
now it does it in the initial take off and at red light
and stop signs. Can somebody please help me ? I
was going to check the transmission fluid but cant
seem to find a dip stick.

There is no dipstick for transmission. There is two plug on the passenger side on the transmission. Ones upper and one lower.lower plug is for draining and upper for filling. Take upper out and stick figure in it and fluid should be to right to the plug hole

if itsa 4l30e tran you need to start car while checking level or it will spill over

On a 2000 honda passport, closed transmission, leaks fluid I nside transmission.
