Not much. Read the owners manual but I am guessing a max of 800 pounds including the driver.

About 600kg 4 passangers and 200kg luggage. This is similar for sedans like it. Problem is the volume. In a wagon or hatchback you could stuff more. Best of luck moving out!

Inflate your tires to the maximum listed on the sidewall - probably 35 psi and watch the suspension for excessive sag. Keep your speed down out on the highway.

You have most certainly already moved :) But . . . the load capacity of many vehicles, including a 2001 Honda Accord, can be found on a sticker located inside the driver's door jam. My 2001 Honda Accord V6 sticker says 860 lbs. A second smaller tag says to reduce that by 10 lbs. for the additional features on my particular vehicle.
