Turbo build suggestions

I have a broad Idea of what I am going to
do with my 2002 Honda I'm not gonna
swap or try to make crazy power but I
would like to know if anyone has any
suggestions on what parts to use for my
build. I have about an 8-10 grand budget

D17A Engine,is a 1.7L 4EE2 Circle L engine with 100 hp. The funding is good you can build this engine properly! Let me know what your aiming at and it's REAL use I like designing engine builds let me know more, too much to cover in this simple question forum.. Regards
