Turbo swap?

I just bought this 05 si hatch from a guy for $4K, said he blew the turbo and didnt want to deal with it.  Where can i find a good quality trubo to replace it without depleting my banck account.  He has a Greddy kit, but not usre what size.  Should I call greddy and have them rebuild it or find a replacement somewhere else?

if you got the rebuild kit rebuild it,or you may find a good used one in a salvage yard,Ebay,Craigs list.
