Water in the back seat floors

2008 Cadillac CTS .
Has a full moon roof , but it's not leaking
from that. Dealership said it could be a
clogged weather drain .
Where do I locate the drain, and how do I
un clog it ??

I leased a 2019 CT6 136 miles on Nov 30, 2019. I've taken in to Miller Brother's Cadillac twice for water leaking under the dash. First time the told me it was leaves clogging the right front sunroof drain. My the water was pouring in on the drivers side wetting my feet as I drove. They certainly know this car was leaking. It didn't just start leaking when I signed on the dotted line. 3 stikes = LEMON! HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS DELIMA?
