Honda Accord LX difficult starting random

Honda Accord 2004 LX , new starter, good battery, all fluids good. Starts
randomly, no problem other times starts hard.

You may want to try some general maintenance things first. Clean throttle body,check air filter,replace fuel filter if have not done so in a while add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank.

Also, PCV valve, plugs and wires won't hurt. If still does it you will need to start checking wiring, sensors and relays, but at least you had a complete tune up.
