Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 2006 Honda Ridheline with chrging
issues. I've replaced both the alternator and
battery. With the battery grounded to the
frame, I get 13.6 volts from the battery with
the car running.. When the battery is
grounded to the engine block, I get 14.8
volts. What's going on and what can I do
about it?
