Heater motor done?

Heater motor would make a crazy whining/grinding sound every once ina while .. and last night, it just plain quit on me. Sound like a fuse/relay or fan motor failure?

The blower motor is probably dead if it does this on all settings (e.g. "Vent, A/C, Defog)
