I recently bought the melling 22230 stage 2 camshaft what
do I need to replace, springs, lifters?

That would have been a great question to ask the manufacturer of the camshaft.

You will need to replace the valve springs and lifters. Valve Springs that match the lift height of the camshaft. Lifters because wear with the camshaft.
