will the rims from a 2019 ram fit on a 2016 with an adaptor?

i have found the right adaptor, it takes my current 5 lug to the new style 6 lug. i
have to special order without being able to return it, so trying to get some info
before purchasing.

they are factory brand new tires and rims, a friend bought a truck and didn't want the factory rims/wheels, I have 50k miles and need new tires. if the adapters work its only a couple hundred total
