Should I purchase new tires?

I feel a vibration in the steering wheel of my 2016 Subaru Outback at >75 MPH
following a tire rotation. Front tires were balanced but vibration continues.

Take it back and ask for a Road Force balance.

How many miles on the tire and how much tread is left? Winter is coming on and new tires might be what you want if the tires are more than 50% worn out.
