touching your lights with bare fingers is a no no. Oil on skin gets on glass and with heat applied while light is on creates an ugly mixture on glass and shatters it. idea #2 , you might have the wrong gauge for that circuit and it cannot hold the current for that bulb and just burns out ( it's a Subaru, so I doubt that would happen.. BUT there is a purpose for wire gauge). Many years ago I had a boom box in my work truck so I could have a radio at work with me. About a half hour after I turned in on, the fuse would blow every time!! Had little clue I was drawing WAY too much amperage for what a cosmetic circuit was designed for. good luck

Are you sure you mean 2016? That's an issue only with 2010-2014 iterations.
