What is wrong with my car ?

My 2016 Buick Regal turbo choked while I
was pressing on the gas slowed down and
struggled to go and switch gears thought IT
was ignition coils but Tested them and they
were fine what could this be ?? Everytime I
press the gas to go it struggles to pick up

sounds like a sending unit issue. There are many S U throughout the vehicle, sure, but I'm willing to bet you that's what it is. It wouldn't hurt to check the gas filter because the car has already been started. Fuel relay as well, give it a good peek ( fuse box).. it's the cheapest and quickest thing to check, I might add. good luck
