I replace the pitman arm 90 degrees off from original position. Can I remove the steering wheel and reattached 90 degrees off to realign? Does the steering wheel have this 4-position option like the pitman arm?

The steering wheel has a set position in most vehicles. If this is the case with you car, it will probably not align correctly with the position of the wheels. Now that you have replaced the pitman arm, remove the steering wheel and try it.
