NO gasses on 1995 GMC Suburban K2500 7.4L

Asked by GuruJJ3VS Aug 12, 2020 at 12:28 AM about the 1995 GMC Suburban K2500 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I passed smog but my NO was borderline
high....took off EGR to clean it but it was
really clean.... thinking maybe there is a
blockage in one of the passages....how
should I go about testing the EGR valve
and system in general?

HIgh NOx emissions can be from the engine running lean. I will post a link to a guide.
