Thank you for your ignorant answer. Let me try to educate you a little about this issue. The scan function is, of course, not mentioned in the owners manual because it was not included in the original build for this model year. The fix involves a software upgrade that adds it as an option to a "Fav" menu list. There are questions remaining about how this upgrade can be accomplished and since it is an unusual operation the dealer technicians are having trouble with it. The software upgrade procedure changed as well with this model year. I hope this information will help you think before you make your next unhelpful comment.
