I'm towing a small 5X8 U-Haul trailer with my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. What gear do I use or just use auto?

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that I will be using to tow the same size UHaul trailer about 800 miles. This Jeep only has 3 drive options - OD, 2 and 1 - with no way to disengage the overdrive. It seems like OD is my only option. Thoughts?
