2015 Dodge Dart Carboretor

I just had a mechanic "replace" my carboretor for almost $700. And a friend told
me that 2015 dodge darts do not have them! Is this true?

Absolutely the last of the carburetors were gone by the late 80s some mechanics might call the throttle body a carburetor. Was this guy a real Mechanic? Did He fix the problem?

Good thing he did not replace the disgronifier. Those are really expensive.

Did he not give you an invoice for the work performed? It should state what he did work on.
