does all Dodge Darts have the red
light that goes around your
speedometer and radio and if so
how do you turn it on I can't get
mine to come on at all I have a
2015 Dodge dart SXT

Not all models come with this feature... If you want to know if yours came with it from the factory, use this URL and put your VIN at the end... https://www.jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin= Then look for "Illuminated I/P Surround" in the list.
