could i put 19in 8.5 in the front and 19in 9.5 in the back on my 2015gti autobahn or is the 9.5 in the back too wide

take a look at your suspension arms you will likely notice the wheels are rather close to this. The only way you can get away with it is spacers and longer bolts. which means the wheels will be sticking out of your fender wells and every time you hit a bump your wheel will hit it. So with out modifications I will just say nope.
