My 2015 kia optima won't crank

My car was working  fine I started  up my car to
move parking spaces and as soon as I parked the
steering  wheel  froze and I cannot  get  the key to
turn in engnition

It's a little new to have this problem, try pulling down just a little on either side or shake the wheel and wiggle the key. If it doesn't unlock you'll probably have to call a locksmith or have it towed to a ahop
