Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Good morning. I just put together my listing. If someone shows up and wants
the car but the bank has the title due to pay off amount how will the sale work?
What are the transaction steps?

This question gets asked often but you just need the buyer to pay the lender directly and then your bank will release the title in their timeframe with the lien released. Make sure to sign off the title when received and put in the buyers information for purchaser. Make copies for yourself for future reference so there aren't any problems.
