Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1982 GMC Sierra Classic Suburban. I
replaced all the bulbs but if I have my headlights
on left signal won't work and indicator is solid not
blinking. When headlights are off the left signal
turns on all blinkers. Where to start.

Hey I had/have the same issue with my 99 Suburban, my right blinker acts normal when no headlights are on. When I turn headlights on, then it blinks fast. And when that blinker was solid when lights were on and blinking fast when I had no lights on, that meant that it wasn't working so after about 2 years of messing with it constantly because it seems to short out every few days, I figured out that the bulbs themselves weren't getting a very good connection so just get a screwdriver or something and make the socket that the bulb goes into, tighter. Now it still blinks fast when my headlights are on but at least all the lights are working. That solid green means it isn't working
