What is this part. Subaru forester 2015

Found this part on the drivers floor under the seat.
Any ideas where it belongs? Picture attached.

The ball bearings do make it look like a part of the seat track. Only way to know for sure is remove seat and look for where other parts similar to this are fitted (I'm sure there are several of these on the track rail).

Hi. Were you able to identify what this part was? I found 2 of these item in my 2017 Forester under the drivers seat. Also I noticed that the seat rocks the most when the driver seat is moved far forward, but does not when it is moved back fully.
