2014 Hyundai Sonata Fluttering Noise

Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Fluttering Noise
My car is making a fluttering noise and then it
goes off. It almost sounds like a card in
bicycle spokes. It seems to be coming from
the area in front of the drivers side of the  
engine. It still makes this sound for a few
minutes after the car is turned off. Car has
93,000 miles. Any idea what it might be?

My 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid had the same issue ever since i bought it new. it was the most annoying noise ever. Dealer could not fix it or identify where it was coming from. Wrote a letter to hyundai to no avail...
