Question type: General

I have the build sheet, yet i can't seem to find any site that
can give me the specs for the OEM packages..  Primarily, im
looking for the specs on the OnStar hardware and the Bose
Premium Audio package.

Not exactly sure what specs you want but I would find the 2002 Envoy sales brochure online.

Believe it or not, the sales brochure was actually bundled in with the owner's manual & and OnStar Service sales pitch.... Im looking at a full upgrade on the sound system and OnStar hardware while keeping all the bells & whistles (steering wheel controls, warning chimes, ACC switching, ect) and incorporating newer features (touch screen, Bluetooth, video playback, rear view camera, Android compatibility). As well as bringing the OnStar system into the digital age. Basically, i have no clue what the ratings are on the OEM equipment. Until i can get the specs on tge equipment installed, i cant determine the tolerances or what can stay v. what must be replaced.

Good luck with that. I think you would have to be a genius electrical engineer with a lot of time and money to accomplish such a thing. A whole new system is your best bet. Try Crutchfield.
