Question type: General

Purchased a nice 2014 Nissan Murano bad wound up getting shafted over a
list of unneeded extended warranty, gap protection, etc. In order to drive up
the total amount to be finance.

Dealership finance departments sometimes do that and YOU need to learn to say no. It is all a game when you end up in the finance department and if they don't honor your "NO", get up out of the chair and leave the building. That is all it takes to get their attention.

I've seen this many time at Dealers SOP for many from Real Factory Dealers down to the little guys on the corner "buy here pay here" beware there! Contact the State Government where live file a complaint!

I hate to say this but I usually blame the buyers for letting the finance guy talk them into extra stuff.
