What is the normal MPG for Lexus GX 460?

What is the normal MPG for Lexus GX 460 2014. During the test drive, the
computer showed 3.9 MPG. The factory declared is about 15-18 MPG. 4x
difference is a bit worrisome. What can be wrong with the car or it is normal?

It drove 15 min on the highway to my location following 20 min test drive within
the city (no traffic).

A short test drive will not show an accurate fuel economy.
