What part of the month do you see the offered price of a car reduce by the dealership?

When I am ready to buy a car, I make it a point to check it out around the 27-29 of the month and then go back after 2:00 on the LAST DAY of the month to test drive and dicker for price. Dealers are always trying to make quota and this is their last chance for the month. I have saved $1500 to as much as $3800 buying this way. Be very picky, find everything wrong, tell them you want it fixed and then decide what of the items are not important and let them slide when you make your offer
