Honda 2014 CR-V brake lights do not come on fuse is working

Honda 2014 CRV the rear brake lights do not come on when the brake peddle
is depressed.  The red light at the top of the tail gate does come on.  The 10
amp fuse in fuse box no. 16 was replaced and tested and is working fine.

I will check the fuse again. Thanks. Do the 'corner light' bulbs have two filaments? For example like 'high' and 'low' beams. The 'corner lights' the lights on both sides of the car light up when the 'flashers' are on and when the signal lights are used...however not when the brake is applied. Thanks...to Ed92626
