I have a 2014 vw beettle 2.2turbo I set the alarm and it won't go off. Also can't get dash number speed to set. Has any one else had this problem?

I have a 2014 vw beetle I can get alarm to set but it
won't sound when you mess with it. Also can't get
dash speed to stay set for numbers, has any one
else had this problem?

I don't won't to go to have it checked it's a long drive to vw shop. I thought mabe some one else may have had this problem, please help

I haven't had it but a month I can set dash but when you kill it and start it it's not set. On the alarm it won't sound I need it to sound
