Wheel size

Asked by Tanya Dec 21, 2015 at 02:52 AM about the 2014 Dodge Charger SE RWD

Question type: Car Customization

What about not changing my tire size and putting
"17" rims on my 2014 charger! Would this be a
good choice? Yes? No? Why? Or should I leave it
as is?

It basically is up to you, going to a bigger rim you go with a lower profile tire as to keep the same diameter of wheel with tire, that is recommended for that car. Then like your speedometer will still be accurate. Just so you know, you will get a rougher ride with a low profile tire. Did I explain that good enough?

See Tanya, that's the third guy that agrees with us, and he knows what he is talking about . We all say basically the same thing. You seem bound and determined to do this, it's your money and decision, but give our opinions, Rowefast, Full of Regrets and mine some thought please, for the sake of your beautiful car. And it comes with 17" stock
