Would a 2016 Lancer es motor fit in a 2014
lancer es?? Water damage to my 14 lancer i
found a motor for 1,000$ 5,xxx Miles but it
will be coming out a 16' i wanna know
before i buy

Most likely. motors very rarely change especially that close to each other. The only things that really do change is the trim and specs other than that motor should be same fit.
