its your anti theft part of the system try calling lock smith will be your cheapist bet they will come to u and take apaRT YOUR STAIRIG WHEEL AND REPLACE A CONTROL And make u a new fob u know your key device wont run with out it but try to replace the battery inside it first then try your key if it works but doesnt start the car call the locksmith tell him your story and he will help going to still be your best bet dealers will charge upwards of 400. plus will have a tow bill to dealer im dennis i hope this helps good luck

Everything started when I was doing a update to the software like Uconnect explained it to do it but when it was going to be done it showed a error. I tried everything they said I should. The car yesterday in the morning it was perfect but when I was going to try to do the update it just died then hazard lights started to blink and I opened hood because I heard a clicking below the fuse box. Now the car won’t open even manually with the key which I find really weird.
