Rear end Differential for 2008 Crown Victoria Interceptor

The differential/axel is gone in my Crown Vic. The gasket is in pieces and the
oil is black and like jello. My question is will a 2007 Crown Victoria
differential/axel work in my 2008 Crown Victoria Interceptor?

Knock it all out and change pinion seal To so you won't have too go back under there as well and make sure it has fluid and add friction modifier as well.
