Trying to locate the fuel pump. Not under the r/h rear seat. Is it in the tank?

Fuel pump is in the fuel tank. The access panel is under the rear seat cushion.

How do you lift the seat cushion? I can't find any latches or levers under the back. It looks like it's hinged on the front..

No it’s not under the rear seat. There is no access panel. Where the heck is it?
