Are hood and tailgate of Dodge Dakota interchangeable

I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota sport, I want a
standard truck, but want to keep my tailgate
and hood, will they fit on any small size
Chevy or Toyota

Yes seriously!!!!! Don't get me wrong I love my little Dodge, but right now it has electrical issues, a trashed radiator, and several other stupid stuff, I want my truck back, and I would like a standard, and why keep the hood and tailgate,,,? Because I have custom airbrush done to both, I want to keep them.... I Know I have driven and like Chevy and Toyota small trucks, do you have another suggestion????? And around here Dodge Dakotas are hard to come by,, I still have people asking to by mine as is.... So please what do you think,, I would like an older truck, not to fond of all the newer, can't work on your own vehicle BS.
