2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive swap Ford Ranger

I have an 87 Ford Ranger it's all rusted apart 4
wheel drive and I have an 87 Ranger that's two
wheel drive can I convert the one to the other

You should be able to install the good body on the 4x4 chassis provided they are the same body style.

Will a 90 Ford ranger 4 wheel drive transmission work in a 99 Ford ranger 4 wheel drive? They are both out of 3.0 engine
