My truck is having problems starting

When I crank it sometimes it'll come on
rpms get to about 1500 then it just dies.
Also every time I crank it I can here what
seems like the transmission making this
horrible clacking noise. I'm really afraid this
could be something major. It's a 1989 f250
standard with a 5.0L

Also my radio and windshield wipers have lost all power. And the tension pulley is making a squeaky sound
