1982 Vanagon Blower not working

I have recently replaced the fuse controlling the wipers and blower. Blower just
stopped working but wipers remain operational. Is it the blower switch and if so
How do I replace?

could be that the blower motor wore out

The fan came back on for a minute then shut off. My guess is that there is a short somewhere in the wiring harness. Dash lights mysteriously came back on and radio face place is intermittent. All fuses and ground wire terminals had been replaced. The used car dealer said he had to replace the ignition. I bet when he took out the dash he somehow compromised the wiring. Just a guess though.
