How many fuse boxes did the Chevy Caprice Classic come with?

Where is the windshield wiper relays location? I know there
is a fuse box under the steering wheel on the left side but I
can't locate the relay box under the hood if it comes with
one

The wiper motor relay is part of the wiper motor assembly and not replaceable separately. There may be a relay center to the right of the accelerator pedal. But that's it. Hope that helps! Jim
