whats the problem with your doge caravan 1992
if stalls and don't shift into gear after replaced the fuel filter is it transmission fluid and it was siting for over 6
months!

After sitting for 6 months, especially if there was little or no gas in the tank, my first thought is condensation. You probably have water in the tank. Drain, fill with fresh gas (Ok at these prices don't fill it, half will be plenty in case I am wrong), add some alcohol-based water remover. I usually don't like fix-it-in-a -can stuff but alcohol will mix with the water and burn

IF ITS not water in the tank and i just change the fule filer tahn wat culd it be.!

i have a 1999 dodge caravan 3. 0L 6cyl and it wont stay running unless u put your foot on gas til its warm, then when u drive it stalls when u stop or turn a code came up for tp sensor and we replaced that, it still doing it we have put new fuel filter on, injuctor cleaner and heet in, it runs rough and the exhaust sounds terrible, we cant figure this out. 3 Answers

the service engine soon light was on and now off, sometimes its black smoke or white coming out of exhaust, we had the map sensor checked and 02 sensor its got dual doors on van and its just a carava...
