2013 VW Eos engine

My VW Eos has 71,000 miles on it.  The engine light came on.  Original
diagnosis was Cylinder 3 misfiring.  The mechanic changed all spark plugs
and coils, but the engine light came back on. Any suggestions? Ideas about
what might be wrong?

Possible fuel injector problem. If you pull the spark plugs what do the look like?

sorry, you said you already replaced them. My ignition coil harness was bad
