a/c

Asked by maxima2013 Jun 29, 2018 at 03:57 PM about the 2013 Nissan Maxima S

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The a/c in my car had worked fine all day. Stopped to get gas and turned off
car. Got back in, and the a/c didn't work.  What would cause this?

Check your fuses, have a helper see if the a/c clutch engages when you switch the a/c on. If it does not engage and you know you have power your clutch gap might be off (too wide) If no luck there then it's time to pull out the gauge set and see if your low on Freon or have a restriction in the line.
