1994 dodge Dakota v8

No fuel at the line in the morning, I have spark , I
did replace the fuel pump , and the relay , so in the
morning need to let the switch ignition open for 2
minutes till the fuel line get full and then star but
misfired and when the engine gets a little be hot
drive smooth. What cut be the issue there?
