Rebuild motor possibly ll

Project car. Think the motor seized not
sure. The cars been sitting ever since.
My first on my own project and i need
to know what to look.for problems and
other possibilities of whats wrong

If you cannot turn the engine over then it may be seized. If you buy a bore scope you can look inside the cylinders to see what they look like. Amazon has a USB borescope for your smart phone for around $20. If it looks bad with scored cylinder bores then you could pull the head for a better look.
